If so, I will provide a brief review and recommendation (or warning) about the relative value of the listed item. I am not claiming that these reviews are encyclopeadic, only fairly arrived at. Learning management systems are the gateways to online learning. Institutions of higher learning, as well as K-12 schools, have rushed to implement online learning, and overwhelmingly, they are using a learning management system to do so, In spite of a very small pool of research on their efficacy (Coates, 2002). Multimedia Authoring

If the World Wide Web has done anything, it has changed the concept of multimedia forever. Slideshows with music were considered multimedia once. Today, there are dozens of applications, both Web 2.0 and conventional software programs, that allow individuals with very little training, to create true multimedia productions. From slide shows to feature films, creation and distribution of multimedia learning is at almost anyone's finger tips. In this section, I will highlight some of the applications that make all this possible.
